Talk to a Counsellor is a fully licensed medical group dedicated to breaking down the barriers of access that currently exist between clients and counsellors.

We are committed to raising awareness about the importance of available counselling services to the general public and to their ongoing provision.

Talk to a Counsellor is a groundbreaking service that has been over 18 months in development, so that the company can guarantee confidential, friendly and non-judgemental professional advice.

All counsellors at Talk to a Counsellor are members of BACP and are either accredited or hold advanced diplomas in counselling. As an Organisational Member of BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force.

Talk to a Doctor

Talk to a Doctor is committed to raising awareness about the importance of immediate access to accurate medical advice for the general public. It aims to bring the provision of healthcare services into the 21st Century by using the latest information technology available on the phone and through the internet.

For the first time, people can ring straight through to a doctor at a time that suits them, with none of the usual barriers. Now callers can get straight through to a GMC registered doctor, without having to negotiate their way past receptionists, secretaries or nurses.

Talk to a Doctor is the only fully licensed group to provide medical information in this way, after the following organisations were independently consulted: Department of Health, the General Medical Council, and the British Medical Association. This took place prior to our being issued with the license.

Talk to a Doctor is proud of the 18 months spent developing the service, so that confidential, friendly and non- judgemental, professional medical advice can be guaranteed.

All doctors at Talk to a Doctor are individually interviewed  and are fully qualified UK based doctors, who are Criminal Records Bureau checked and GMC registered.
